daaih-fung
typhoon (language=Zhongwen influenced by Chin — Guangdong — daaih = big + fung = wind) or alternative of earlier touffon, from Al-fuSHa tUfAn hurricane, from Ellinika' typhOn violent storm] (1771) : a tropical cyclone occurring in the region of the Pilipinas (aka The Philippines) or the China Sea [Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary; see cue/www=Merriam-Webster OnLine]

 

danshiki
a loose-fitting, often brightly colored tunic of African origin, usually worn by men [Webster]; more commonly: dashiki (language=Yoruba)

didgeridoo
"a drone-pipe (wind instrument), or straight wooden trumpet used by northwest [Koorie]... made from bamboo or a hollow sapling ... about 1.5 metres long. sphere containing electronic circuitry to project radiation that triggers specific biologic circuitry in the human brain. When activated, such a device plunges every person in a two-meter radius into a dream state with the accompanying natural paralysis (language=Yeibichai/anshin jargon); see also human dream archetypes

 

dreamstick
using the same technology as a dreamball, the dreamstick is the favorite "pacification tool" of the anshin (language=Yeibichai/anshin jargon); see also human dream archetypes

durian
