- Once every 37 years, Yeibichai reaches aphelion just as En-lil approaches Anu (the primary sun). Their interaction does not create serious damage to the planets, but enough to change the weather, tidal, and seismic patterns on Yeibichai, in a period called Red Winter, to go with White Winter, Fall, Summer, and Spring. Humans have experienced two Red Winters in their time on Yeibichai, numbering them 1 and 2.

There are of course situations where only property is involved. Such pure Risk-of-Damage Incidents are relatively rare and do not merit much urgency unless they endanger people, such as a fire, but then their category changes to reflect the danger.
During the Rendezvous of Futures, Chief Heejanus created a new category of Incident: Commotion as "a state of often disorderly civil unrest" [Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary; see cue/www=Merriam-Webster OnLine] during which the anshin's Response Pattern changed.
